Knowledge
What you bring with you.
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in foreign trade or logistics
- Professional experience in export / shipping / customs clearance is an advantage
- Knowledge in the preparation of export and customs documents as well as foreign trade regulations
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally ERP systems
- Good written and spoken English, other language skills an advantage
Tasks
Your area of responsibility.
- Independent processing and coordination of national and international export orders
- Preparation of all relevant shipping and customs documents (e.g. delivery notes, invoices, export declarations via ATLAS)
- Communication with forwarding agents, customers and internal interfaces
- Monitoring and ensuring on-time deliveries
- Maintaining export-relevant data in the ERP system
- Compliance with and monitoring of foreign trade regulations as well as customs and export control regulations
- Preparation of orders and quotations according to customer requirements
