Mr Ralph Buß is taking his well-deserved retirement after 53 years
After 53 years of service at druseidt, a special era is coming to an end: Mr Ralph Buß is stepping down to enjoy his well-deserved retirement. His career has been closely linked to the development of our company – and his work has had a lasting impact on druseidt over the decades.
Ralph Buß began his career at druseidt in sales and took on increasing responsibility over the years. For many decades, he has served as an authorised signatory – a position that reflects the company’s great trust in him and the high regard in which it holds him.
Among his outstanding achievements, the establishment of the silicone braided cable division and our stranding facility are particularly noteworthy. Under his leadership, what was once a promising division developed into a cornerstone of the company. With strategic foresight, negotiating skills and a deep understanding of the market, customers and products, Mr Buß consistently drove this development forward.
Furthermore, he was involved in numerous groundbreaking decisions that have strengthened druseidt and positioned it for the future. His colleagues value him not only as a competent expert, but also as a reliable point of contact, an experienced adviser and a valued contributor to our corporate culture.
Over more than five decades, Mr Buß has taken on responsibility, built trust and helped shape the development of druseidt. His contribution will never be forgotten within our company.
