We have introduced a comprehensive quality management system to ensure the reliability of all areas of our company in the long term and economically.
Taking into account the changing markets and requirements, this should also ensure that the necessary quality assurance measures are carried out and documented economically in accordance with guidelines defined by the management, particularly in the areas of design, production, sales and procurement.
Our QM manual.
All processes, responsibilities and documentation are set out in our QM manual and procedural instructions. Our production is efficiently controlled by a comprehensive, IT-supported production planning system. Quality features, types of execution and product performance data are clearly defined in the form of standardised working papers.
Procedures and work instructions.
Our design department works with modern 3D CAD systems and creates production-ready drawings that are archived in the drawing management system in a revision-proof manner.
Test instructions.
Final and interim inspections are an integral part of our inspection process. The final inspections are carried out exclusively by the independent quality department. This department works with a CAQ system that ensures systematic test equipment management and a documented and traceable test procedure. We can provide customer-specific protocols on request.
Incoming goods inspection.
Raw materials and purchased parts come from selected partners – in accordance with standards or according to quality and functional requirements precisely defined by us. Initial sample inspections are carried out or test reports/certificates from the upstream supplier are requested.
Certified.
Through targeted measures, we ensure that our high quality standard is continuously developed. All areas of the company are adapted to the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Our welding personnel are qualified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9606-2 and DIN EN ISO 9606-3, and our soldering personnel are tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13585.
