In-house first aid course: Safety first – knowledge saves lives!

Last week, our first aiders refreshed and expanded their knowledge. Thanks to a practical course with theory and lots of exercises, we are now even better prepared for emergencies:

• First aid measures in the event of accidents
• Wound care
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation including the use of a defibrillator (AED)
• Stable lateral position

A big thank you to Mr Marcel Arndt from the German Red Cross, who was able to convey the content very professionally and with a lot of humour. Of course, we hope that we will never have to use what we have learnt – but if it comes down to it, we are ready!
